The Arc of Rensselaer County is a non-profit agency located in Troy, NY supporting individuals with disabilities and their families throughout Rensselaer County. We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance & Improvement Specialist to lead the region in measuring and improving corporate compliance, adherence to governmental regulation, customer satisfaction and quality assurance and improvement outcomes. The Quality Assurance & Improvement specialist trains and supports teams in the areas of consumer planning processes, positive approaches to behavioral concerns and other tasks related to effective management of our day programs. He or she leads process analysis and improvement in the areas of community involvement, incident reporting, and all quality assurance and improvement efforts. This position is responsible for assuring knowledge transfer regarding data findings, themes and process improvements across various programs.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree with two years human service experience or Associates Degree with five years experience. Computer skills preferred.
