As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in testing and validating integrated systems that power loyalty platforms, mobile apps, point-of-sale systems, CRM, and other core business technologies. You will work across both Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and custom-built solutions, ensuring every release provides reliable and seamless functionality for guests and team members alike.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in collaborative, agile environments and enjoys working at the intersection of technology and entertainment.
What You'll Do:
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for enterprise business applications
• Validate functionality across systems including CRM, POS, loyalty platforms, and mobile apps
• Document and track defects using tools like Octane; actively contribute to sprint planning and defect triage
• Perform regression, smoke, and integration testing across development and staging environments
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and product owners
• Support and contribute to automated testing frameworks, such as Unified Functional Testing
• Maintain clear and comprehensive QA documentation including test plans, cases, and results
• Ensure compliance with SDLC standards, regulatory requirements, and SOX controls
What We’re Looking For:
• 4+ years of professional QA experience, preferably in gaming or hospitality technology
• Hands-on experience with test case management and defect tracking tools
• Strong skills in manual testing for APIs, UIs, and integrated systems
• Basic proficiency in SQL for data validation
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps testing methodologies
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Knowledge of OWASP Top Ten security standards
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes including Change, Incident, and Release Management
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with flexibility for varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Eligibility to obtain required gaming regulatory certifications or licenses
Why Join Us:
This role offers the opportunity to join a high-impact technology team that supports innovation and excellence in the gaming and hospitality industry. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where your attention to detail, passion for quality, and drive for improvement can directly contribute to business success.
If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and grow your QA career in an exciting industry, we’d love to hear from you.
