Responsibilities
- Implement consistent lead-generation strategies every week
- Host two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead-generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
- Join in team activities according to team standards
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes
- Draft and negotiate offers for your buyers
- Use Technology to monitor activities and manage client relationships
