Responsibilities

  • Implement consistent lead-generation strategies every week
  • Host two open houses each month
  • Transform prospecting and lead-generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
  • Join in team activities according to team standards
  • Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes
  • Draft and negotiate offers for your buyers
  • Use Technology to monitor activities and manage client relationships
