We are a close-knit team from diverse backgrounds who treat talent research as a creative, collaborative, and human-centered practice-an extension of the design process. This role is based in Cupertino and requires a high degree of attention to detail and care in every interaction **Description** In this role, you'll create a white-glove candidate experience while acting as a strategic partner to our design team. Responsibilities include: Conducting thoughtful research and sourcing for design and technical talent Leading screening conversations and in-person interviews with warmth and precision Managing the full candidate journey-from first outreach through offer negotiations-with care and discretion Hosting candidates and guests with a hospitality mindset: planning interview days, attending dinners and offsites Maintaining and expanding a global network of creative professionals and design leaders, with a strong focus on building inclusive and diverse pipelines Representing the team externally through industry events, portfolio reviews, and tailored outreach Creating and presenting keynotes, leading design-led review conversations **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree preferred + 10+ Years proven ability to source and hire top design candidates **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience working in high-touch, hospitality-forward environments + Intellectually curious with a refined, research-driven approach to uncovering exceptional talent + An acute attention to nuance and detail + Comfortable balancing administrative, logistical, and strategic tasks + Aesthetic awareness and high standards for quality, culture fit, and craft + Proven ability to consistently deliver and exceed expectations + Self-directed yet collaborative-comfortable taking initiative and supporting others + Thrives in ambiguity; adaptable, poised, and flexible in dynamic environments + Clear, thoughtful communicator-written, verbal, and interpersonal **Pay & Benefits** At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $201,100 and $302,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
