This is a remote position.
The Recruiter plays a vital role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent for HYRE HARPER Co. across our various service lines. You will source qualified candidates through various channels, prescreen applicants, conduct interviews, and present the best fits to hiring managers. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all parties involved.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Candidate Attraction:
Utilize various recruiting tools and methodologies to identify qualified candidates for open positions across staffing, project management, and business consulting.
Build and leverage a network of talent sources, including online job boards, professional organizations, and social media platforms.
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
Review resumes and cover letters to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to evaluate a candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Utilize behavioral interviewing techniques to effectively assess a candidate's potential for success within HYRE HARPER Co.
Client and Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across different departments.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for open positions.
Keep hiring managers informed throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and feedback.
Recruitment Process Management:
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate identification to offer negotiation and placement.
Schedule and conduct interviews efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Prepare offer letters and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruiting activities and candidate information.
Assist with the development and implementation of effective recruiting strategies.
Stay informed of current market trends and industry best practices in recruitment.
