Responsibilities
• Connect with clients to understand their hiring needs, ensuring you bring in the best talent for their teams.
• Use a variety of sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates for roles across different industries.
• Evaluate candidates to ensure a great match for both the position and the client’s culture.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews, guide candidates through the hiring process (full onboarding) to ensure they have a seamless experience.
• Track your progress with candidates in real-time using ATS tools and share insights to help improve and streamline recruitment processes.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 1 year of Recruiting experience (agency experience is a plus) or Customer Service experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to connect with people at all levels.
• Organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• A passion for working with people, a positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond to support clients and candidates.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
Pay
$18.00 Per Hour + Commissions
Schedule
Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday | Full Time
