Local: $2,760/week
Travel: $3,154/week
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse – Pediatric ICU Nurse Preceptor for an exciting job in New York, NY.
ResponsibilitiesServe as a clinical preceptor for up to two new RNs during their orientation period.
Teach and reinforce advanced pediatric critical care protocols and clinical best practices.
Oversee and guide daily nursing care activities to promote patient safety and compliance.
Deliver real-time coaching, feedback, and performance assessments for orienting staff.
Collaborate with the Nurse Educator and leadership team to align training objectives.
Model professional behavior, teamwork, and compassionate patient advocacy.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
Active New York RN license in good standing.
Prior experience as a preceptor, mentor, or clinical educator strongly preferred.
Demonstrated excellence in critical thinking, communication, and leadership.
