Primary Responsibilities

  • Engage with Clients Virtually – Conduct Zoom meetings to assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Guide Clients Through Enrollment – Provide expert support throughout the enrollment process.
  • Respond to Client Inquiries – Address questions with professionalism, offering clarity and care.
  • Collaborate with Team Members – Work closely with your team to create a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain Accurate Records – Document all client interactions and enrollment activities meticulously.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong Communication Skills – Engage effectively with clients through clear verbal and written communication.
  • Attention to Detail – Stay organized and maintain accurate records.
  • Self-Motivation – Thrive independently with excellent time-management skills.
  • Sales or Customer Service Experience – Preferred but not required.
  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with virtual tools like Zoom and Google Drive .
  • Adaptable Mindset – Excel in fast-paced environments and manage changing priorities.
  • Reliable Home Setup – Must have a Windows laptop/PC, stable internet, and a functioning camera.
