Gen X Consumer Solutions LLC is seeking motivated and experienced recruiters to join our dynamic team! This is a contract-only, commission-based position with the potential to earn commissions as high as $10,000 per placement, with guarantee periods as short as 30 days.
We specialize in recruiting for top-tier healthcare facilities, food and beverage companies, logistics centers, IT firms, and insurance organizations. As a Remote Recruiter with Gen X, you’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world while connecting top talent with leading companies in the US, Canada, and the UK. This position is commission-based only.
* Source and recruit qualified candidates for various industries.
* Build relationships with candidates and clients.
* Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
* Maintain clear communication with clients and the Gen X team.
* At least 3 months of recruitment experience.
* Ownership of a laptop or computer with access to stable internet.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
