As Revecore’s People Partner, you will:
Work as a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist/People Partner supporting specific business units. In this role, you will work closely with employees, managers and People Team colleagues to support workforce strategies, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This high-impact role is a vital link between management and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies – particularly in supporting a large population of hourly, frontline employees. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex people challenges, and is eager to grow in the HRBP function.
