Competitive pay of $70,000 - $110,000, inclusive of bonuses and commissions

Serve residential customers in Houston, TX and surrounding areas with electrical repairs, upgrades, and installations
Handle service calls and some planned maintenance or installations
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems including wiring, panels, breakers, and lighting
Educate homeowners on your work, build trust, and offer service options
Maintain a clean and professional appearance (your truck, your workspace, your attitude)
Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

High school diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years of experience in the electrical trade
Must have at least a Wireman license; Journeyman license preferred
ServiceTitan experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong customer communication and sales-minded approach
Familiar with residential electrical code, safety practices, and troubleshooting
Ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawl spaces or tight areas
Must be a self-starter with flexibility in hours and schedule
Comfortable using power tools and electrical diagnostic equipment
Able to pass a drug test
