Your New Role

• Serve residential customers in Houston, TX and surrounding areas with electrical repairs, upgrades, and installations

• Handle service calls and some planned maintenance or installations

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems including wiring, panels, breakers, and lighting

• Educate homeowners on your work, build trust, and offer service options

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance (your truck, your workspace, your attitude)

• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

• Represent The Perfect Light with pride, integrity, and a commitment to doing things the right way

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the electrical trade

• Must have at least a Wireman license; Journeyman license preferred

• ServiceTitan experience is a plus

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Strong customer communication and sales-minded approach

• Familiar with residential electrical code, safety practices, and troubleshooting

• Ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawl spaces or tight areas

• Must be a self-starter with flexibility in hours and schedule

• Comfortable using power tools and electrical diagnostic equipment

• Able to pass a drug test
