As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Retail Print Shop Supervisor who is eager to take on a leadership role with an opportunity to own equity in the company. 

Position Overview:  

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial-minded Retail Print Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage a team, and drive business growth. This is a hands-on role requiring a balance of operational expertise, customer service excellence, and strategic business acumen. The ideal candidate will have the chance to earn an equity stake in the business, contingent upon a personal financial commitment. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of the print shop, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and meet production goals.
  • Sales & Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers, handle inquiries, and drive sales growth through consultative selling.
  • Inventory & Equipment Oversight: Maintain inventory levels, oversee equipment maintenance, and ensure seamless production workflow.
  • Financial & Business Strategy: Assist in budget management, cost control, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Franchise Compliance: Ensure adherence to franchise standards, policies, and procedures.

  • 4+ years of experience in retail management, print production, or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for business growth and customer service.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to generate new business and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to daily operations.
