We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee and enhance the revenue cycle processes for our organization in Sierra Vista, AZ. This position plays a pivotal role in managing and .supervising the activities of the Revenue Office and Credentialing Team while also contributing to the development and maintenance of an internal Patient Billing Office. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the Revenue Analyst to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and strengthen the organization’s financial health.
The Idea candidate will be in person for first 6mo-year and can then go hybrid.
Compensation:63,000 – 78,000
Requirements:
·Proven experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with strong leadership and supervisory skills.
·Strong knowledge of patient billing processes, credentialing, and revenue cycle analysis.
·Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
·Availability to respond to on-call needs for directors and chiefs.
·Ability to present effectively at board meetings and engage with executive leadership.
