The Jackson Area Transportation Authority (JATA) is looking to hire a full-time dispatcher. The applicant will coordinate transportation services between JATA and organizations in Jackson. Candidates must possess a knowledge of the Jackson area, have excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated and organized, have a working knowledge of Microsoft software, experience working with senior adults and people with disabilities, have a valid Michigan driver’s license and the ability to pass a MDOT physical and drug test.
