Job Title: RPA Developer

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation use cases and gather requirements.
• Develop process documentation and standard operating procedures for automated tasks.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing RPA solutions.
• Ensure the quality, scalability, and security of automation scripts and workflows.
• Monitor bots in production and perform performance tuning and updates.
• Support integration of RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and other enterprise systems.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience developing automation solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of RPA concepts, architecture, and best practices.
• Experience with process analysis, business workflow automation, and data transformation.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
