Metro Lagoons in Tampa, FL is excited to announce that we are searching for talented individuals to join our groundbreaking team of Sales & Service Agents! This is a brand-new Call Center so you would be one of the first, as we are growing at record speed. We are looking for several full-time agents to fill these roles.

Responsibilities:
-You must have a genuine interest in learning in a start-up type environment.
-Enthusiastic and hard-working are words that best describe you.
-A strong desire to support our Guests across multiple platforms - phone, email, and live chat - with an exceptional level of service and creative thinking.
-All interactions will strive to be positive, friendly, and always professional.
-Bilingual (Spanish) agents are encouraged to apply
-Flexibility and understanding that this list is not inclusive and other duties may be added as needed.

Qualifications:
-Impeccable communication skills, verbal and written.
-Friendly, optimistic, and upbeat attitude.
-One who can also empathize with Guests and help ensure satisfaction.
-Responsible, with proven ability to maintain scheduled commitments.
-Call center experience is appreciated but not necessary.
-Extremely comfortable with computers and working in a fast-paced environment.
-Must have open availability, Sunday - Saturday from 7 am - 10 pm
