Our work depends on SAP S/4 HANA Data Conversion Specialist joining our team to facilitate our clients migration to S4 HANA from ECC. HOW A FINANCIAL SYSTEMS ANALYST SR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT ● Support the successful data conversion from ECC to S/4HANA (Green field implementation)● Design and execute ETL processes and perform data transformation and cleansing to align with S/4HANA data models ● Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the migration process, leveraging best practices in data hierarchies, ETL processes, and data quality frameworks. ● Perform data profiling to identify inconsistencies, redundancies, and data quality issues ● Implement data validation rules and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy. ● Establish and track KPIs for data migration, providing status updates and issue tracking  ● Plan and execute multiple mocks, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and system readiness before the final cutover ● Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of migration plans, risks, mitigations, and lessons learned ● Drive the adoption of data governance principles throughout the project lifecycle WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: ● Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree ● Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience ● Required Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA architecture, data structures, and business processes. Hands on experience with SAP migration tools, such as S/4 Data Migration cockpit, SAP Data Services, LSMW, CDS Views and other 3rd party tools like Informatica, Custom ABAP Programs to perform data extraction and transformation to extract and transform data from ECC/SRM Systems.
