We are currently seeking a SCA Computer Operator III to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

NTT DATA Services Federal Government is looking for a Desktop Support specialist to provide technical support in a Microsoft Windows 10/11 environment. This position requires the ability to troubleshoot the problem and provide resolution in a timely manner. Must have solid MS application experience, MECM/SCCM and imaging and ghosting procedures. Candidate will provide desktop/laptop support to customers in multiple buildings at one campus-based location.

Job Duties:

• Assist and coordinate special projects involving workstation software installs and configurations 
• Working knowledge of computer hardware to include Dell and HP
• Analyze, log, track and resolve software/hardware matters pertaining to network connectivity issues, printer, and other software applications
• Perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems
• Install, configure, troubleshoot hardware and software for desktop, laptops and other equipment 
• Perform upgrades to operating systems
• Schedule installations and upgrades and maintain them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures
• Ensure workstation data integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience to include: Intel based PCs, laptops and servers; network printers, and Androids/Iphones
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Mac - OS, applications, imaging, and backups. 
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Windows 10/11, MS Office, Citrix, MECM and Ghost
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Familiar with Windows, M365, MECM (SCCM) and know imaging, ghosting and backup procedures
• Previous work history in working with Macs 
• Must have a good working knowledge of MS Teams, VOIP and support multiple mobile device platforms, including Android and Iphone 
• Experienced with laptop, desktop, Ipad, and Iphone
