Compensation: $58,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience)

AnthroMed Education is growing, and we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated School Social Worker to join a  transition program in Chicago Heights, IL. If you're passionate about helping young adults (18-22 years old) navigate life skills, vocational development, and community integration, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do:

• Support and Empower: Work directly with students aged 18-22 in a dynamic transition program, focusing on supporting their social and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with a Dream Team: You won’t be working alone! You'll team up with another social worker, teachers, paraprofessionals, and other related service staff in a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.
• Holistic Care: Provide individual and group counseling, addressing the social and emotional needs of your students and supporting them through their transition into adulthood.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s in Social Work (MSW) required
• Active PEL (Professional Educator License) with School Social Work Endorsement
