**Job Description** The NetSuite Competitive Intelligence analyst is a subject matter expert on a competitor set, providing content, deal strategy advice, and enablement sessions to the sales force. You will also collaborate with colleagues in marketing, product, and professional services to infuse competitive differentiation throughout the organization. Primary activities include: 1. Research: Gather information on your competitor set, integrating disparate findings and data into content that uses compelling competitive positioning and strategic guidance for stakeholders. Conduct win/loss interviews with prospects, customers, partners, and internal colleagues. Content type examples include competitor overviews, feature/function comparisons, videos, and strategy guides. 2. Deal strategy: Work with sales teams on their competitive deals to help them best position NetSuite via talking points, FUD, traps, win themes, differentiators, and pricing. Support can take many forms including coaching the sales force to presenting directly to the prospect. 3. Enablement: Deliver compelling, interactive training sessions on your competitors to sales teams that have a wide range of experience, from early career trainees to senior leaders. 4. Communication: Proactively share competitor news with sales through multiple channels such as Slack, email, and meetings. Career Level - IC3 **Responsibilities** The successful candidate brings: 1. A curious mindset: Demonstrated experience conducting primary and secondary research, analyzing results, and providing actionable insights in written and live presentation formats. 2. Collaboration: Willingness to partner with colleagues on the team and at the company and our partner network. 3. Project management: Ability to manage high-priority ad hoc projects from ideation to completion. 4. Customer service: Responsiveness to stakeholders and sales support needs within tight deadlines. 5. Change management: Able to embrace change and willingly adjust to new situations. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following: 1. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 9. 11 paid holidays 10.
