POSITION SUMMARY
Nurp is seeking an experienced Senior Copywriter for a contract to hire position with a strong background in both B2B technology marketing and B2C marketing . This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and master of words who can craft high-impact, conversion-driven copy across multiple digital channels.
You will play a key role in shaping our brand’s voice, engaging sophisticated audiences, and driving performance through compelling messaging. Working closely with our marketing, design, and product teams , you’ll create a copy that is clear, persuasive, and aligned with our business goals.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Develop conversion-focused copy for landing pages, digital ads, paid social, video scripts, website copy and more .
Craft messaging that resonates with both enterprise (B2B) and consumer (B2C) audiences .
Collaborate with design, product, and growth marketing teams to optimize messaging for engagement and performance.
Ensure all copy aligns with brand guidelines while maintaining a fresh, engaging tone.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to refine positioning.
Test and optimize copy based on performance data and audience insights .
Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
KEY COMPETENCIES
A strong portfolio showcasing high-performing copy for landing pages, digital ads, paid social, video scripts, and more.
Ability to distill complex technology concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
Deep understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and customer psychology.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment, responding to feedback and data-driven insights.
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for great storytelling.
Must be located in North America and have exceptional fluency in grammar and spelling.
Proficiency in using advanced writing and editing software.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
8+ years of experience in copywriting for both B2B technology and B2C marketing. (Required)
Experience working with large brands or high-growth companies. (Required)
Familiarity with A/B testing and performance analytics tools. (Required)
Strong understanding of SEO, UX writing, and content strategy. (Required)
Experience in fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or finance. (Preferred)
