Senior Financial Analyst  – Atlanta, GA

Who: A national leader in auto lending is expanding its Atlanta finance team to strengthen oversight of its largest business unit.
What: Partner with leadership to forecast, budget, and analyze profitability for over 60% of the company’s lease portfolio.
When: Actively hiring due to growth of the lease finance function.
Where: Based in Atlanta, GA, with a hybrid model (up to 2 days in office if transitioned).
Why: The Atlanta lease finance team plays a critical role in ensuring cost transparency and driving portfolio performance.
Office Environment: Hybrid schedule with emphasis on collaboration and business partnership.
Salary: $95,000–$110,000 base plus 5% discretionary bonus.

Position Overview:
As a Senior Financial Analyst supporting the lease finance division, you’ll be a core contributor in shaping financial performance for the company’s largest portfolio segment. You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities that help the company’s leadership make informed decisions tied to operational and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial models to forecast performance of the lease portfolio.

• Analyze profitability and trends, delivering insights to executive leadership.

• Assist in monthly close and variance analysis processes.

• Partner cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and other finance teams to ensure accuracy and transparency of lease reporting.

• Support ad-hoc projects related to profitability initiatives, cost optimization, and strategic growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• 3–6 years of progressive financial analysis or FP&A experience.

• Strong Excel modeling skills; experience with budgeting and forecasting tools.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.

• Prior experience in auto finance, leasing, or asset-backed lending is a plus.
