About the Role:

Are you an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator ready to take the next step into leadership? Motto Mortgage Specialty is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Senior Mortgage Loan Originator to lead and grow our operations. As Branch Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to shape, recruit and mentor Loan Originator Assistants (LOAs), and drive profitability across Illinois. You’ll also benefit from our extensive support, technology, and access to top-tier wholesale lenders.

Compensation Structure:

As a producing Branch Manager at Motto Mortgage Specialty, you’ll benefit from a competitive and performance-driven compensation package:

• 135 to 150 basis points (bps) on personally originated and closed loans based on proven sales
• 20 bps override on loans originated by Loan Originator Assistants (LOAs) under your supervision

What You’ll Do:

• Originate and close personal deals while supporting team production
• Recruit, train, and mentor LOAs and MLOs
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence
• Drive local marketing and community engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• Active NMLS license (Illinois required)
• Proven mortgage production experience of $12M+
• Leadership or team-building experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented approach
