Position Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Senior Tax Accountant, CPA, to play a pivotal role in managing and executing diverse tax-related projects. This position is integral to ensuring our clients receive comprehensive tax solutions delivered with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute tax projects, guaranteeing compliance and timely deliverables for both individual and business clients.
• Prepare, review, and provide strategic insights on complex tax returns, utilizing extensive tax knowledge to optimize outcomes.
• Conduct thorough tax research and handle inquiries, ensuring effective resolution and communication.
• Supervise financial reporting and related client services, ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
• Mentor junior team members, promoting skill development and professional growth.
• Collaborate with partners to develop and implement strategies for client growth and operational enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is mandatory.
• Minimum of three years' experience in public accounting, with significant focus on tax returns over three consecutive tax seasons.
• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in tax compliance, risk assessment, and internal control processes.
• Expertise in using accounting software and financial systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
