Job Description

Nielsen Automotive Group is looking to add a new Automotive Service Valet to our team. This person will be accountable for greeting and interacting with our loyal customers and their vehicles. The ideal candidate will be a reliable employee, exhibit teamwork, friendly and engaging, and add value to our organization. For excellent employees, there is a lot of room for advancement.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in Service Drive – Be friendly and engaging
Perform vehicle walk around inspection – Inspect vehicle with customer
Tag vehicle, hand off to Service Advisor – customer and our records.
Maintain cleanliness - Ensure the work environment is clean and safe to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
Park vehicle - Tag vehicle, Pod vehicle and move to available spot and note on keytag.
Perform All other Duties that are required - Such as cleaning Service department, Shuttling customers to home and back, running errands.

Requirements:

Ability to multitask
Be friendly, helpful and engaging
Good driving record
Provide excellent customer service
Willingness to participate in in-house training
Ability to operate all automobiles
Excellent listening and communication skills
