**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Specialist to manage the daily operations of our inventory system. This role requires attention to detail in cycle counting, inventory transfers, and quality control to ensure seamless warehouse operations. **Responsibilities** + Perform cycle counts and transfer products from SPP to TIC, ensuring accurate placement in inventory locations daily. + Handle materials by moving products between warehouses and wrapping pallets daily. + Receive incoming products from TIC and SPP, moving them to the QC inspection station daily. + Visually inspect and label products, placing them in the correct stock location daily. + Complete other duties as assigned, including material handling, receiving, cycle counts, inventory control, and packing. **Essential Skills** + Ability to understand and follow work instructions, whether written or verbal. + Basic math skills. + Proficiency in reading and writing in English. + Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. + Capability to stand, use hands, grasp, hold, bend, reach, and walk constantly. **Work Environment** This position operates on the first shift from 8 am to 5 pm in Carlsbad, with an additional 2.5 overtime hours per week. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
