What We're Looking For
• Comfort working on roofs in all weather conditions — heat, cold, wind, and everything in between
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within the solar field
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical, hands-on work
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
• Previous construction, electrical, or roofing experience is a plus but not required
