We are looking for a dedicated individual in the world of sports & business administration!

Our Sport Management & Business Administration Internship offers an opportunity for a passionate individual to gain experience in sports management and business administration, in a real world setting. The intern will assist with day-to-day operations and support the management team to ensure the efficient functioning of ongoing programs. We seek an individual currently enrolled in university, with the ability to work both on-site and remotely.

Preferred majors:  Sport Management, Business Administration or a related field. 

Position Responsibilities:

• Work directly under the company Operations Manager
• Complete administrative tasks
• Visit and support ongoing programs
• Prepare for upcoming events, clinics, and training sessions
• Assist in managing day-to-day operations

Internship Details:

• Duration: 8 Weeks (Spring OR Fall)
• Hours: 12.5 per week (6 On-Site, 6.5 Remote)
• Focus: Administration & Management
• Spring: April 14, 2025 - June 7, 2025
• Fall: September 8, 2025 - November 1, 2025

Overall Learning & Development Goals

Administrative Skills: Managing schedules, preparing reports, communication with stakeholders.

Program Management: Supporting and later independently managing sports programs, understanding logistical needs, and
handling real-time operational challenges.

Strategic & Business Insight: Gaining exposure to the broader business aspects of sports management, including marketing
and team coordination.

Leadership Development: Taking on increased responsibility and honing team management skills.
Final Deliverable: Completion
