Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation workflows using UiPath to streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for automation projects.
• Provide technical expertise in UiPath to design, test, and deploy automation solutions.
• Ensure the quality and performance of automation solutions by conducting thorough testing and validation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot existing automation workflows to ensure smooth operation. - Document automation processes and provide training to end-users as needed.
• Work closely with the client to automate care management processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend automation solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest UiPath features and best practices to enhance automation capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all automation projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the automation framework and tools.

• Develop and manage desktop flows using Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
• Integrate PAD with other Power Platform services and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot and optimize PAD workflows.
• Apply PAD best practices and ensure security considerations are met.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 6years of experience in UiPath development & PAD.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Insurance domains.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Show proficiency in documenting and communicating technical processes.
• Have experience in working in a hybrid work model.
• Display the ability to work effectively in a day shift.
• Be proactive and self-motivated with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
