Responsibilities:
Build strong rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing.
Accurately structure and price loans while adhering to all regulatory guidelines.

Maintain strong relationships with real estate partners.
Qualifications:
2+ years of successful experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer (call center experience preferred).
Active CA DBO and NMLS license.
Minimum of four approved state licenses through the NMLS.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of conventional and government loan programs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
