RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a premier North American insurance intermediary (Man­aging General Agency (MGA) and Independent Marketing Organization (IMO)) That is seeking an Operations Manager for their US and Canada operations.

As the Operations Manager you would be responsible for leading their U.S. operations and drive the continued growth and efficiency of their organization. This role involves overseeing and coordinating activities across multiple departments, including Contracting, New Business, Commissions, and Broker Support. You would collaborate closely with their Canadian operations team to implement process enhancements, spearhead key initiatives, and ensure the overall success and smooth performance of our U.S. division.

Key job duties, among others:

• Lead U.S. Operations – Oversee all operational functions across departments, including Contracting, New Business, Commissions, and Broker Support, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Drive Efficiency & Improvement – Collaborate with Canadian operations to streamline processes, implement best practices, and lead projects from planning to execution.

• Team Leadership & Development – Supervise, train, and motivate managers and staff, conducting performance reviews and fostering a positive, high-performance work culture.

• Performance Oversight – Track and report departmental metrics, hold regular meetings, and provide updates to senior leadership on progress and priorities.

• Industry Engagement & Representation – Stay current on industry trends and travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and events in the U.S. and Canada.
