Location: Remote (Must be able to work EST hours), Boston, MA

Overview:

We are seeking a Sr. Power BI Developer to join our pharmaceutical client’s Business Analyst Reporting (BAR) team. This newly formed team directy supports the Commercial Manufacturing and Supply Chain (CMSC) organization by capturing business needs and leveraging requirements to build impactful dashboards, data reporting strategies, and efficient tools.

This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the team's early establishment phase while delivering high-value insights to drive organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development and Reporting:
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and other data visualization tools to support business needs.
• Debug existing dashboards while simultaneously developing new ones based on stakeholder input.
• Collaboration and Documentation:
• Attend meetings with business stakeholders to gather and interpret reporting requirements.
• Document report/dashboard requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Business Support:
• Functionally support manufacturing and supply chain teams by understanding their "wants" and translating them into actionable insights.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead projects within a fast-paced, evolving team environment.
• Support change management efforts as the team establishes its processes.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Skills:
• Exceptional experience with Power BI or other visualization tools.
• Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write simple commands and codes.
• Industry Experience:
• Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain teams at a functional level.
• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Educational Background:
• BS degree in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics, Econometrics, Economics, Data Science, or Engineering.
• Soft Skills:
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting multiple projects at once.
• Strong ability to work independently and lead projects.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and document requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and its integrated applications.
