**Job Summary** Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance functions for company assets. Manage processes in Preventative Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Breakdown Maintenance. Troubleshoot complex issues. Manage Service Center staffing. **Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities** + Teach and Train individual Maintenance coordinators. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues (manages system issues). + Actively monitor open work orders. + Responsible for scheduling strategy and service center staffing + Responds to calls with Maintenance requests. + Selects, develops and motivates assigned staff. + Ensures associates have the tools and training necessary to do the job. **Nature and Scope** + Experience provides solutions. + Ensures that work is performed consistently with company policies and procedures. + Leads a group or team of support, craft, or lower level professional associates. **Work Environment** + Typically located in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors that may cause noticeable discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness, such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes. + Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location and/or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds). + No travel required. **Education and Experience** + Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 5+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification.
