Swimming Pool Cleaning Technician
Complete Pool Care - Mobile, AL
The swimming pool cleaning technician plays a key role by being the face of our company in the field and delivering our promised services at the highest level. This position is a full-time year round position that covers a designated pool route daily keeping pools in a pristine swimming condition, keeping electronic logs of our work, and communicating with both the office and our customers as needed. We are willing to train motivated applicants. This position is for those candidates who enjoy working outdoors all year long and aren’t phased by working independently in the heat, wind, rain, etc…(You know the weather, you live here). Those candidates that can work 10-12 hour days in season and enjoy the overtime pay. This position requires a versatile person who can adapt to the situation and knows how to step up when it’s time to get things done. If this sounds like you, we need to talk today.
*Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Inspecting each pool for safety hazards so we can keep our customers and staff safe.
• Testing water and making chemical adjustments. (You will be working directly with chemicals for sanitizing and adjusting the chemical balance of the pool water.)
• Empting baskets, netting debris, brushing the surface, and vacuuming to maintain pool
appearance and overall cleanliness.
• Operating and adjusting pool equipment, valves, and controls.
• Maintaining truck inventory levels, truck organization, and overall truck cleanliness.
• Working within mobile field management software to update work orders for each job.
• Completing designated pool route each week.
• Assisting with overflow in other divisions of the company.

Essential Abilities:

• Must be dependable and possess the ability to work full-time outdoors. This includes being
trustworthy, on time, and being the kind of person that is RARELY ABSENT from work.
• Must be organized and well spoken.
• Must be able to follow directions well.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
• Must be proficient with electronics such as computers, tablets, and smart phones.
• Must pay attention to detail.
• Must be self-motivated with a \Can Do\ attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $12.00 to $16.00 /hour
