Magellan Solutions USA is a veteran-owned Call Center and BPO company with a track record of performance. Magellan is actively recruiting for a part-time Call Center Representative opportunity for a Federal client in Houston, Texas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Schedule - Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 08:00 A.M. - 04:30 P.M.
• Answers incoming calls and communicates with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism
• Transfers calls accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers.
• Maintains an above-average attendance record.
• Follows established standard operating procedures

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma is required.
• Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred.
• Can be a team player.
• Can work without direct supervision.
• Can work well with medical staff, veterans, and the elderly
• Has a good work ethic
• Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette).
• Detail-oriented, has the ability to multi-task, and is highly organized.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Must be flexible
