Position: Talent Acquisition Manager
Description:
Chainbridge Solutions is seeking an experienced
Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong background in technical recruiting. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to fill critical roles, facilitating the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding, drafting job descriptions, sourcing top technical and business talent, conducting screening interviews, and managing the candidate pipeline. The role also involves leading meetings with hiring managers, developing recruiting metrics, building a talent pipeline, partnering with placement agencies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Key duties include: • Independently recruiting and filling openings across software development, cloud engineering, software testing, business analysis, architecture, and other roles
• Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and department leaders to anticipate staffing needs
• Crafting compelling candidate messages and sourcing using advanced Boolean searches
• Conducting candidate screenings and managing the applicant tracking system
• Scheduling interviews and providing detailed communication to candidates and managers
• Developing metrics for sourcing effectiveness and candidate quality
• Ensuring an excellent candidate experience and a positive impression of Chainbridge Solutions
• Contributing to the improvement and standardization of recruitment best practices
• Performing other assigned duties
Requirements: Experience and Skills Required: • Must reside in the continental US and be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
• Bachelor\'s Degree required
• 7+ years\' experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
• 5 years of technical recruiting experience for software development roles
• In-depth experience using LinkedIn Recruiter (Boolean, searches, InMails, reporting, etc.)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems including reporting and recruitment process workflows
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong negotiation skills
• Superior organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly
• Proactive, independent initiative, and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent time management and deadline management
• Familiarity with relevant hiring laws, regulations and practices
• Familiarity with applicant tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite
• 2+ years of leadership or team management experience
Preferred: • 10+ years of total recruiting experience including team management
• Experience recruiting for government contract and cleared positions as well as commercial roles
• Technical certifications related to Cloud or Software Development
• SHRM or HRCI Certification

• Must show comprehension, organization, and strong decision-making abilities
