About The Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting and deep experience in health tech. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the hiring process for a range of roles across Covera Health, focusing on functions like clinical operations, provider engagement, and population health. Agility and curiosity are highly valued, as we seek someone who can flex into other business areas as needed.
Key Responsibilities: - Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer for multiple roles across departments
- Help build teams that drive our mission to transform the quality of healthcare
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and department leaders to define hiring needs and strategies
- Maintain alignment with hiring managers through clear, frequent communication, setting expectations and tracking progress
- Facilitate interview scheduling and hiring team debriefs
- Leverage our ATS (Greenhouse) to track candidates, manage requisitions, and maintain data integrity
- Use recruiting data and metrics to guide decisions, identify process improvements, and report on hiring performance
- Manage candidate pipelines and communications to ensure a high-touch experience
- Source and engage passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and industry-specific sourcing tools
Special Considerations: While Covera is a remote-first company, this position requires you to be based in the NYC area and able to come to the office for in-person interviews.
Requirements: Requirements: - 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in the health tech space
- Demonstrated ability to recruit across a range of functions and seniority levels, acting as a flexible partner for evolving business needs
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to source and engage passive talent using a range of techniques and tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with high professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results

- Salary range: $110,000 to $125,000, in addition to discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package
