Job Title: Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Hourly Pay: $27 - $33/hour

We’re hiring a driven and personable Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our remote team. In this role, you'll lead the full recruitment cyclefrom sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and onboarding top talent. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles

• Develop targeted sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and referrals
• Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews
• Partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements and craft clear job descriptions
• Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Conduct reference checks and deliver job offers to selected applicants
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Track and report recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates
• Stay up-to-date on hiring trends and best practices to improve processes
• Build strong relationships across teams and provide regular hiring updates

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Skilled at juggling multiple roles and deadlines

• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting software

• Understanding of legal hiring compliance and recruiting strategies

• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and goal-oriented
