Job Responsibilities
Find candidates through job boards, databases, and social media
Reach out by phone, email, or messages to invite people to apply
Explain job openings and answer basic questions
Set up interviews and follow up with applicants
Keep records updated in tracking systems
Qualifications
Friendly and confident speaking style
Good writing and typing skills
Able to stay organized and work independently
High-speed internet and a quiet home setup
