BLENDED Smoothie & Juice Bar in Hiram, Georgia is looking for Full and Part Time team members who have a passion for serving others, are committed to excellence and want to work in a fun, healthy environment.

Team Member Position Overview:

• Deliver unparalleled hospitality to our guests
• Train and serve in designated roles including customer service, food prep, prepare recipes, cashier, cleanliness, supply pickup/shopping, marketing and promotions
• Consulting and assisting customers in choosing the right smoothie, shake and/or juice to help them reach their health and fitness goals.
• Support fellow team members
• Make custom-blended drinks
• “FRIENDLY UPSELLING” of our nutritional supplements and add- ins
• Providing guests with information regarding our products
• Providing the best TOTAL experience in the business

Ideal candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Energetic, Positive, Friendly and Dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Food Service experience preferred but not required
• Commission Sales experience helpful
• Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests
• Genuine care and understanding for people's needs
• Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS!
• Must be at least 16 years old  Must have reliable transportation
