Job Description
We're looking for a Bilingual Call Center Agent (Spanish/English) to assist customers via inbound customer service calls and outbound sales calls. This is a short-term, remote opportunity that requires prior customer service experience. Agents will be responsible for handling calls, maintaining performance metrics, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Handle inbound and outbound customer service and sales calls professionally.
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain confidentiality.
Meet individual, team, and department performance goals.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
Work remotely in a quiet and distraction-free environment.
Job Requirements
Bilingual in Spanish & English (preferred; non-bilingual candidates may be considered).
High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 2 years of call center experience with outbound call experience.
Up to 5 years of customer service experience preferred.
Lead generation experience is a plus.
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to handle high call volumes.
Proficiency in Windows-based software and internet browsing.
Accurate typing and data entry skills.
Reliable and consistent work ethic.
Technical Requirements
A desktop or laptop computer with Windows 7, 8.1, or 10 (no tablets, Chromebooks, or iPads).
A wired mouse and a landline phone (preferred).
High-speed internet (minimum 60 Mbps).
Training Details
Training is paid and follows this schedule:
12/2/2024: Welcome Training (10 AM - 12 PM EST)
12/3/2024 - 12/6/2024: USC Training (10 AM - 3 PM EST)
Additional Information
This is a temporary, remote position from December 2, 2024, to January 3, 2025.
The schedule is 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST.
Off on Christmas and New Year's Day (unpaid).
