About the role:

As a Training and Enablement Specialist at LucidLink, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development teams are equipped with the tools, resources, and training needed to effectively engage prospects, close deals, and achieve targets. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across departments and optimize the entire sales process.  The Enablement team strives to create  learning opportunities that encourage fast application and long-term retention.

This is an opportunity for someone with proven success, the ability to balance speed and quality, an openness to learning, and a willingness to be hands-on. 

This role can be performed from anywhere in the United States. Note: we’re a global team with over half our colleagues in Europe, which will necessitate some early mornings if located in the western United States time zones.

Some Key Results you might track as measures of your success: 

  • Your first 90 days will be focused on learning the ins and outs of LucidLink, building Enablement processes, streamlining current workflows, and building content for our Learning Management System.

  • You will play an active role in Onboarding new employees and helping them ramp to meet their quarterly quotas.

  • Build engaging content for our weekly Sales Academy and present to our revenue org.

Attributes we’re looking for: 

  • 3+ years of successful sales enablement, sales operations, or sales leadership experience in dynamic startup environments 

  • An understanding of learning theories and sales methodologies.

  • Experience with Sales Tools including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.

  • Experience coaching and training mid-market and Enterprise level sales teams.

  • Collaborative mindset, forward thinking, strategic.

  • Excellent communication skills (writing, presenting, selling, listening)

  • An entrepreneurial spirit: resilient, proactive, quick, autonomous, resourceful, positive, adaptable/nimble, humble, comfortable with ambiguity, biased to action, solutions oriented 

  • Organizational skills (detail-oriented; process- and results-driven; follow-through)

The salary range provided for this position is an estimated guideline from a salary database. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, variable pay, and employee benefits. We consider a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, training, and skill sets; market conditions; and internal equity. Compensation ranges may also vary based on location.

The cash compensation amount listed for this role is targeted a targeted range for all US-based remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
