Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Handle reservations, inquiries, bookings, and confirmations with a focus on excellent service
  
• Communication: Interact with clients via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries and changes
  
• Transaction Management: Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as needed
