Position Overview

We’re hiring a Medium Duty Automotive Truck Sales Representative to support our sales team in Commerce City, CO. This field-based position involves generating and closing sales opportunities throughout a designated territory. The successful candidate will proactively meet with prospective and existing clients in-person, uncovering their transportation needs and providing tailored solutions.

Job Type & Schedule

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday through Friday, flexible to accommodate customer availability

Work Requirements:

Travel: Frequent in-person visits across assigned territory

Commute: Commerce City, CO (Required)

Location: Field-based with occasional office coordination

Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate sales leads and identify new business opportunities

Manage a portfolio of 100-200 active and prospective accounts

Conduct on-site visits with clients at least three days each week, in line with internal sales expectations

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet monthly quoting benchmarks

Use Microsoft CRM to track and document all customer communications and interactions in detail

Coordinate pre-delivery inspections, accessory installs, and repair work with the service department, ensuring valid purchase authorization is on file

Collaborate with Finance and Insurance teams to facilitate financing and insurance documentation

Promote the full range of RushCare solutions, including telematics, extended warranties, and maintenance contracts

Focus on delivering complete business solutions, not just vehicles

Level 2 Sales Reps should consistently close 3-5 truck sales per month

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum Of 1 Year Of Relevant Sales Experience Preferred

Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability standards

Desired Skills

Willingness to travel regularly across assigned territory

Proficiency with CRM platforms and structured account management

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to hit sales targets and performance goals

Understanding of medium-duty truck specs and options

Excellent organizational skills and attention to transaction details

Ability to cross-sell dealership services: New and Used Trucks, Parts, Service, and Body Shop
