University Recruiter (Hybrid Position) 

 

Hasbro is adding a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for engaging and identifying the next generation of talent. We are adding a University Recruiter to our team in Pawtcuket, Rhode Island to help us further develop our global early in career program. In this role, you will focus on attracting college candidates through various channels, including career fairs, online postings, employee referrals, social media, networking, and research. We are looking for someone who is highly collaborative, innovative, and customer-focused, with a proven track record of success in campus recruiting and relationship management. You will make a meaningful impact as you help to build a program with a focus on experience and equity for participating students.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Understand the organization's talent needs and develop and implement strategies to source qualified candidates from target universities to support our hiring goals.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with universities including university career centers, diversity and inclusion organizations, and student organizations to promote the organization.
  • Plan and execute campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the job posting process and maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Manage candidate end to end including assess for qualifications, availability, interest level, salary expectations, and relocation needs, through to interviews and offer.
  • Build awareness of Hasbro/Wizards of the Coast as an employer of choice through social media presence related to college relations.
  • Track the budget for campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leaders on campus recruitment activities and results.

     

What you’ll bring:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and social media platforms
• Minimum 2-3 years of recruiting experience
• College recruiting or college relations experience
• Bachelor's degree

 

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $83,070
  • Pay Range End: $101,530
