Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Unloader to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for unloading products from delivery trucks, ensuring that all items are handled safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong focus on safety and adherence to OSHA regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Unloader will work closely with the warehouse supervisor and other team members to ensure smooth operations within the facility.

Responsibilities
Unload products from delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment such as cranes, clamp trucks, and cherry pickers.
Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies and OSHA standards.
Maintain an organized workspace by properly storing items in designated areas within the warehouse.
Assist in inventory management by inputting data into the warehouse management system as necessary.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely shipping and receiving of goods.
Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used to prevent injury.

Skills
Experience operating cranes, clamp trucks, cherry pickers, and other heavy equipment is preferred.
Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes within a warehouse environment.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety practices.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory.
Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the shift.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors.
Previous experience in warehouse management or as a warehouse supervisor is a plus.
