🕕  Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

The Cary Company is seeking a reliable and hands-on individual to join our warehouse team in Pittsburgh. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly, and has a basic mechanical aptitude.

You’ll primarily support general labor tasks such as washing totes, grinding plastic, and facility cleanup, while also assisting with light maintenance and upkeep of our reconditioning equipment.

Duties :

• Wash and recondition plastic totes and containers.
• Operate plastic grinders and shredders.
• Perform general warehouse cleanup and housekeeping.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and minor repairs on:
  • Washing line
  • Hoses and filters
  • Oil separator
  • Plastic shredder and grinder
• Support quality control and equipment checks.
• Operate hand and power tools (e.g., drills, impact drivers, saws).
• Handle drums, palletizing, and recycling materials as needed.

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to follow PPE protocols (steel-toed boots, gloves, etc.).
• Ability to follow directions and work well with others.
• No prior experience required —  on-the-job training provided .
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
