The Opportunity

Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills.  They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities.  A supervisory role will provide growth opportunities into entry-level management.  This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing.

Valet Supervisors lead the attendants whom welcome and create the first impression upon guest arrival.  This may include assisting the passengers during the loading and unloading process.  The attendant’s primary responsibility is to safely and efficiently relocate guest automobiles to designated parking locations.  It requires precise communication and coordination with the hotel guest services and knowledge of daily events.

This an hourly position with a compensation of $21.91 per hour

Qualifications

Experience Required

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a face paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Refined verbal skills.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles.
• Experience and a thorough understanding of valet service.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays.

Experience Preferred

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with industry specific software, such as Opera
