The Opportunity

We are seeking a Vice President / PACE Executive Director to lead and oversee all aspects of our PACE program. This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring program compliance, driving operational and financial excellence, fostering strategic growth, and sustaining strong community and state partnerships.

This is a highly visible position reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of Population Health , serving as a key member of the Midland Care Leadership Team. The right leader will bring a mix of strategic vision, operational expertise, and a heart for serving the elderly.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide overall leadership, planning, and administration for the PACE program.
  • Ensure compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations and all state/federal requirements.
  • Lead program growth, financial planning, and health plan management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contracted providers, regulators, and community partners.
  • Direct and develop a high-performing, mission-driven team through recruitment, training, and mentorship.
  • Represent Midland Care at local, state, and national levels to strengthen partnerships and expand opportunities.
  • Serve as an active contributor to organizational strategic planning and board-approved goals.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, public health administration, or related human services field.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in health care or human services.
  • Experience working in an interdisciplinary team setting.
  • Strong personnel and financial management skills.
  • Valid Kansas driver’s license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Knowledge of 24-hour health care delivery systems and managed care principles.

Preferred

  • Experience working with frail and elderly populations.
  • Previous leadership experience in PACE or similar integrated care models.
