What You’ll Be Doing:
Connect with individuals and families over virtual meetings to understand their needs
Provide clear, customized benefit recommendations based on each client’s situation
Walk clients through the application process with professionalism and care
Keep detailed, accurate records and follow up as needed
Attend weekly remote team meetings, coaching sessions, and workshops
Stay current on training, tools, and industry knowledge
Collaborate with your mentor and peers to hit team goals and build your skills
